Meet the squad. The people that keep the wheels turning at Natterjack HQ. Without them, we don’t know where we would be. Fancy a career in marketing or fancy trying out working at an agency? We’re always on the lookout for our next recruit, don’t be shy, say hello!
Lindsay Gray
Our queen of natter, what can we say about the gaffa? When she's not talking someone's head off, pretending to clear her inbox of unread emails, or making everyone in the office a brew, you’re likely to find her in one of three places. We usually start with the golf course where she’s usually found right of the fairway, always. If that’s no good, we usually try the local cocktail bars where she’s likely to frequent with her gal pals and if that’s no good, we try centre stage where she can be found channelling her “inner emo” signing pop punk classics with her band.
Rosie Graves
After a decade in marketing, she's seen first-hand how it's always evolving! She loves staying on top of trends and brainstorming fresh ideas. Analytics are her guilty pleasure and 'Why' is her favourite question! She's organised, and super motivated to give our clients top-notch service. With two little ones, work is her break, but when she's not on the job or with her family, you'll catch her running around Wigton.
Lilli Banks
Lilli has over 20 years of experience in the world of marketing. She holds a 2:1 degree in Brand Promotion and Marketing (studied a little while ago (before the days of social media!) and has a long-standing passion for getting the most out of clients by understanding what matters most to them and their brand.
She’s dedicated to delivering results and loves seeing brands elevated through the creative work of the Natterjack team.
Fun fact: Lilli was born and bred in West Cumbria but has lived and worked in London, Shanghai, and New York.
She loves the good vibes at NJHQ and she’s also grateful for the work life balance that comes with working part-time, it gives her time to enjoy family life.
Tom Simmons
After 3 years of working as a videographer, Tom is the newest content creator in the Natterjack team! He loves making fun and creative videos for socials. You are most likely to find him ‘in the zone’ editing videos, or drinking enough coffee to sink a ship (or often both!) While he’s not at work you’ll often find him in the Lake District Fells on his quest to complete all of the wainwrights.
Abby Walker
Abby is a social media enthusiast who is passionate about creating fun, engaging content across platforms. She has explored the ever-evolving world of social media for many years and has a desire to help brands build and develop their online presence.
Abby is always keeping up to date with the latest viral trend and scrolling endlessly on TikTok (she calls it market research).
When she’s not got her phone glued to her hand, she likes to fill her cup by going for walks in the Lakes and catching up with friends - although chances are she’s probably still taking pics while she’s at it!
Pip
It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it. The office is one of my favourite places to visit, everyone is so friendly and gives me so many treats and cuddles. I have the best time there! My job is to make sure everyone is having a good day and I’m a really good listener. Long walks by the sea, chasing tennis balls and walking around the golf course with my humans are my favourite things to do.
Finley
Finley is a whirlwind wrapped in fur, a tiny black-and-white blur with more energy than your morning coffee. Equal parts adorable and mischievous, he’ll melt your heart with those big puppy-dog eyes… right before trying to herd your ankles like they’re rogue sheep.
When he’s not in full zoomie mode, Finley turns his attention to his other great passion: interior design. White rug? Now “modern distressed.” Natterjack stationery? Far better scattered across the floor. You get the idea.
He’s small, fast, and outrageously cute and he knows it!
