Most agency team pages have twenty-something faces stretching down the screen. We've got five.

Lindsay Gray 

Lindsay founded Natterjack Marketing in 2018 on one belief: most businesses don't have a marketing problem, they have a strategy problem wearing marketing clothes. She leads on marketing strategy and senior client work, which is the agency's whole reason for existing. Off-hours, she's on the golf course (right of the fairway, always), in a Cumbrian cocktail bar with her gal pals, or fronting her band singing pop punk. Talking to people turns out to be useful at every Natterjack meeting too.

Tom Simmons 

Tom leads on Natterjack's creative output and runs the agency's bigger strategic accounts including DNWP, TDA, and the rest of the nuclear and energy portfolio. Films, edits, produces Chatterjack the podcast. Most of what you see Natterjack put out into the world has been through Tom's hands at some point. When he's not in the studio or with a client, he's in the Lake District Fells working through the Wainwrights one boot-print at a time, fuelled by enough coffee to keep a small market town awake.

Abby Walker 

Abby leads on Natterjack's social media work. She's the day-to-day contact for the social retainer clients, plans and posts and reports on the content, and is usually the team's first to spot whatever's about to be the next big thing online. Outside work she's walking in the Lakes, catching up with friends, or taking photos. She still scrolls TikTok endlessly. She still calls it market research. We still let her!!!

Pip 

It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it. The office is one of my favourite places to visit, everyone is so friendly and gives me so many treats and cuddles. I have the best time there! My job is to make sure everyone is having a good day and I’m a really good listener. Long walks by the sea, chasing tennis balls and walking around the golf course with my humans are my favourite things to do.

Finley 

Finley is a whirlwind wrapped in fur, a tiny black-and-white blur with more energy than your morning coffee. Equal parts adorable and mischievous, he’ll melt your heart with those big puppy-dog eyes… right before trying to herd your ankles like they’re rogue sheep. When he’s not in full zoomie mode, Finley turns his attention to his other great passion: interior design. White rug? Now “modern distressed.” Natterjack stationery? Far better scattered across the floor. You get the idea. He’s small, fast, and outrageously cute and he knows it!
