Firpress, a well-established design, print, and signage company, first approached Natterjack Marketing in mid-2024 for support in launching their online product purchase option. Initially planned as a short-term three-month campaign, it quickly became clear that Firpress could benefit from a broader, long-term marketing strategy. As a result, we expanded our role to manage their marketing efforts - including social media, email marketing, content creation, photography, videography, and strategic planning.
With Firpress celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2025, it was essential to craft a campaign that highlighted this milestone while maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence across all channels. Our strategy covered every key touchpoint, ensuring their message was communicated effectively through email marketing, engaging social media content, and a professionally produced celebratory video.
After securing approval from Firpress owners Kerri and Paul, we got to work. One of the first steps was building an email marketing database - something that hadn’t been in place before. We then focused on elevating their social media presence, using behind-the-scenes video content to showcase the incredible work that goes on at Firpress. Additionally, we refreshed their website imagery, ensuring it reflected their talented team - because, after all, people buy from people.
