When BECBC required a new marketing agency to manage their social media channels, they initiated a tender process following the conclusion of their previous agency’s contract. After a competitive selection process, we were proud to be awarded the contract.
Our team is now working closely with BECBC to enhance their digital presence, ensuring their messaging reaches the right audiences while effectively showcasing the organisation’s activities, opportunities, and impact. Before diving into the contract, we sat down with Dianne, BECBC's CEO, to gain a deep understanding of the organisation's vision, her preferences for social channels, and the goals and targets of BECBC. Armed with this insight, we developed a bespoke social media strategy tailored to BECBC's unique needs. Our strategy outlined the types of content to post, frequency of posts, and optimal posting times across various platforms. Recognising Dianne's emphasis on capturing the energy of BECBC's meetings, we prioritised video content in our plan.

Since implementing our strategy, BECBC's social media presence has undergone a transformation. With a fresh new look, posts are strategically timed and well-planned, reflecting the vibrancy of BECBC's meetings. Members actively participate in the #MeetTheMember campaign, further engaging the community and enhancing BECBC's online presence.
