Yooohooo!
We are looking for a talented Marketing Apprentice to join our team at our strategic marketing agency based in West Cumbria. This is an opportunity to begin a career in marketing within a working agency, gaining hands-on experience across real client accounts while completing a nationally recognised qualification. No previous experience or degree is required but an interest in marketing is essential.
The role would suit an ambitious individual with excellent attention to detail, who can work to strict deadlines, and who has great communication skills. As our Marketing Apprentice, you will play a key role in bringing ours and our clients marketing strategy to life across all online, offline and social media channels.
If you'd say you're good at working as part of a team, aren't afraid to ask a lot of questions and have a passion for all things marketing, we want to hear from you!
A full driving licence is desirable but not essential, as the role may involve travel to clients across Cumbria and occasionally across the UK.
Working alongside our Social Media Lead, you will:
Arguably the coolest office this side of Shap.
We're based in The Old Bus Station in Whitehaven and we're proud to call it home. We have clients dotted all across the North of England so working off site or on location might be required from time to time. With that in mind, it would be beneficial if you held a driving licence, as not all of our clients are on public transport routes. We're happy for you to work in a way that's effective to you and support flexible working.
You'll never work your birthday again, we offer pension schemes, staff rewards schemes, employee wellbeing plans and healthcare, full on site training and a whole load more!
You will complete a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship with Cambridge Marketing College. Study time is included within your contracted hours.
Alongside your formal qualification, you will develop a practical understanding of agency operations, client management, campaign development and how effective marketing is planned and measured.
