Nike and Tiffany do it again!

They’ve done it again. Nike and Tiffany have had the internet in a storm over the weekend. There’s no denying it, Nike and Tiffany & Co. are two of the most recognisable brands in the world. In 2021, these two giants announced a collaborative effort to bring their respective areas of expertise together in a unique project that would appeal to both of their customers. The collaboration between Nike and Tiffany was one of the most highly anticipated events of the year, and it has created a lot of buzz in the fashion and athletic worlds and this weekend has seen them create yet another media frenzy with that iconic blue shoe box shared on Instagram over the weekend.

It got us thinking. Who does your business align with, who does Natterjack Marketing align with? Who would or could we collaborate with? Who could collaborate with your business?

The collaboration between Nike and Tiffany was born out of a mutual desire to push the boundaries of design and create something that was both functional and stylish. Nike is known for their athletic footwear and clothing, while Tiffany is known for their elegant jewellery and accessories. The collaboration between these two brands has allowed both of them to showcase their expertise in new and exciting ways. Do you have a company that you could work alongside to create something equally as exciting? Could you share your expertise with another organisation for mutual benefit?

The first product that was released as part of this collaboration in 2021 was a line of limited edition trainers. The trainers were made with a mix of leather and suede, and featured Tiffany’s iconic robin’s egg blue colour on the soles and the Nike swoosh. Of course they were a huge hit and sold out almost instantly! Collaborations like these, well thought out and well planned have the power to align two organisations and businesses together for mutual benefit and to create something earth shatteringly wonderful.

We’re so excited to see the collaboration unfold in 2023. Will there be a repeat of 2021 where we saw a series of pop-up shops located in selected cities across the globe?

Either way, we will be awaiting the arrival of the postman on Valentine’s Day to see if we have received one of these bigger than normal blue boxes!
